What Ongoing Virtual Care Looks Like

Chronic condition management typically involves periodic video visits to review symptoms, medications, and any recent lab work, with adjustments made based on Dr. Ahmed's clinical judgment. Lab orders can be sent to a location convenient for you when testing is needed.

Managing a chronic condition virtually works well for many patients, but some situations require in-person evaluation, testing, or specialist involvement — Dr. Ahmed will let you know if that's the case for you.

Insurance & Cost

We may accept a range of major New York insurance plans, including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Emblem Health, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Humana, and more. Coverage, network status, eligibility, and benefits vary by plan and should be verified with our office before your visit. Self-pay is not currently offered.

This service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
